In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "55atm" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated at 55atm.vip, including all sub-pages, features, account systems, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any registered individual who has created an account on the 55atm platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by the Player with 55atm, through which all betting, casino, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's 55atm account, including real-money deposits and any eligible bonus credits where specified.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in each individual promotion's terms.

By accessing 55atm.vip, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms form the entire legal agreement between you and 55atm with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform's services. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use the 55atm platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55atm does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of local jurisdiction.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 55atm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 55atm platform, whether by self-exclusion or operator-imposed suspension.
• You must not be registered on any national gambling self-exclusion register that applies to your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 55atm platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55atm reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances where multi-accounting is detected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

55atm will request documentary proof of identity and address (KYC documents) before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. 55atm will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the 55atm platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. 55atm does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 55atm accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change; players are advised to check the cashier section of their account for current options.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 55atm account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain network confirmations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into your account, subject to 55atm's verification procedures.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 55atm processes withdrawal requests within one to four business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• 55atm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems requires further verification.

All sports bets placed on the 55atm platform are subject to the individual market rules applicable to each sport and bet type. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct price at the time of bet placement, 55atm reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the Player's account.

For live in-play betting, all bets are accepted at the prices displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Network latency, device delays, or connection interruptions are the Player's responsibility. 55atm will not honour bets where there is clear evidence that the Player had access to information about the outcome of an event prior to placing a bet.

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, and arcade games such as Star Fishing — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested by third-party testing houses. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate and available in each game's information panel. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.

55atm reserves the right to void any bet or casino game result where a technical error, system fault, or clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance.

55atm offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all 55atm promotions are set out below:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. 55atm reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus funds remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the games or bet types specified in the promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games or sports bet types may be excluded or weighted differently for the purposes of wagering contribution calculations.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using 55atm bonus funds, or collusion between Players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55atm platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known system error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account under a different identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial account to fund or operate a 55atm account.

All content on the 55atm platform — including but not limited to the 55atm brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive property of 55atm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of 55atm.

55atm collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

55atm will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licensing obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55atm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond 55atm's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by the Player regarding betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 55atm's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

55atm is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits and monitor their gaming activity regularly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:
